I am a firm believer that following a low carb diet doesn’t have to equal deprivation. I spend a lot of time creating recipes for a low carb breakfast based on my higher carb favorites and I love sharing those recipes with you. When you feel satisfied, you are more likely to stick to a new way of eating. The word “diet” is no longer in my vocabulary – a diet is restrictive – but low carb living is not!
