No Bake Keto Strawberry Grain Free Granola Recipe

No Bake Keto Strawberry Grain Free Granola Recipe Ingredients

  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 3/4 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened freeze-dried strawberries


No Bake Keto Strawberry Grain Free Granola Recipe Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil and vanilla in a pan.
  2. Stir in cinnamon and monk fruit on low heat 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add all other ingredients to skillet minus strawberries and stir/cook on low to medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add in strawberries.
  5. Remove from pan and place on a wax paper pan and let the granola cool.

Note: It is also yummy as a cereal with unsweetened almond milk.

** To toast coconut flakes, bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
