  1. First, melt the cheese and cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave 1 minute.
  2. Then place in a larger bowl and add eggs and whipping cream and blend till smooth.
  3. Then add all dry ingredients.
  4. Next, blend together.
  5. Then, roll the batter into 8 balls and let sit on the counter at room temp for 10 minutes.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
  7. Melt butter and seasoning in the microwave 30 seconds.
  8. Mix well, then brush over the rolls.
  9. Enjoy!

    I just made these, and they are good! I can taste the coconut, but it’s just a sweetness, not COCONUT. I find them to have a texture somewhere between a biscuit and a roll…very yummy.
