Keto Banana Pancakes Recipe Ingredients

Makes 4 to 5 pancakes depending on the size you make them.

Keto Banana Pancakes Recipe Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend it on high for about 1 minute until all the ingredients come out nice and smooth. If you don’t have a blender, you can mix it in a small bowl on medium speed for a minute or two. You will want to make sure you cream together all of the cream cheese so you don’t have any lumps.  Don’t leave out the banana extract because it’s the most important ingredient that will make it tastes like you are using real bananas even though you aren’t.

Optional: Add sugar free chocolate chips to make a sugar free chocolate chip banana pancake!

Turn on the stove top burner heat over low to medium heat.

Use a small frying pan to cook one at a time or a large frying pan to cook 3 at a time.

Spray the frying pan with non-stick olive oil cooking spray.

Once the pan is hot, pour about 1/8 to a 1/4 cup batter for each banana pancake.

This batter will be nice and thick so you will need to use a spoon to spread the batter evenly.  You can add more water to the batter if you want thinner pancakes too.

Serve warm and top with an Easy Keto Syrup Recipe such as this one!  You could easily switch out the vanilla extract in that syrup recipe and make a sugar free banana syrup recipe too!

This recipe looks very good. I cannot wait to try it out. I live in the Philippines, It is very hard to find banana extract here. I know it sounds strange in that bananas grow everywhere. I’ve ordered the extract on ebay. Thanks for the recipe
