Sugar Free Chocolate Chips Recipe

I have finally figured out a way to make chocolate chips and they are easy and delicious! Don’t get me wrong, I love my Lily’s chocolate chips but when you are on a budget, it’s hard to buy the best. I did purchase a chocolate chips silicone mold from Amazon but you can make a thin layer of this chocolate and use a knife to cut it into chunks too. There are two different chocolate chip silicone molds I’ve tried.

Cherry Honeycomb Silicone Mold for Chocolate Chips – this one makes very small 7 x 7 chocolate chips in an octagon shape.
