These Low Carb Crispy Chicken Tenders make an amazing meal that the whole family will enjoy! Believe me. I have the pickiest eaters. I’ve made this recipe with almond flour which gives it a very nice crunch! I am obsessing over this recipe!

Low Carb Crispy Tenders Recipe Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add in heavy cream, medium-high teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and an egg. Whisk together.
  2. Add in chicken, mix and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. In another bowl or plate, add almond flour and remaining seasonings.
  4. Coat chicken tenders in almond flour mixture.
  5. Heat oil over medium high in a large pan. Once oil is hot (about 375 degrees Fahrenheit), add in chicken tenders and cook about 6 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and it’s crispy and golden colored.
