Glazed Keto Donuts Recipe Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream (unsweetened)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon psyllium husk powder
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Glaze Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered monk fruit confectioners blend
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/8 tsp pink salt
- pink food coloring gel (about 2 drops or more as needed)
Optional
- Sugar-Free Sprinkles or Homemade Keto Sprinkles
Glazed Keto Donuts Recipe Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the butter and monk fruit.
- Mix with a mixer at high speed until the butter and sugar come together.
- Next, add the heavy cream and 2 eggs. Mix until they are fully combined.
- In a separate medium-size bowl, add the remaining dry ingredients. Mix until they are fully combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cooling.
- In a small bowl add the glaze ingredients and mix well.
- Brush each donut with the glaze and add sugar-free keto sprinkles to each donut.
