Cajun Sausage and Cabbage Skillet Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 small head of green cabbage, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter or avocado oil/olive oil
  • 1 pound Andouille sausage or kielbasa sausage, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 pound shrimp, precooked and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasonings
  • 5 strips bacon bits, precooked

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes

Total Time: Ready in 30 minutes, this easy keto idea is great for busy weeknights!

Cajun Sausage and Cabbage Skillet Recipe Instructions

  1. Chop the cabbage and sausage on a cutting board. Set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan or large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the cubed Andouille sausage until browned (about 8 minutes). Stir occasionally.
  3. Then add the butter or avocado oil and cabbage.
  4. Cook the cabbage until soft.
  5. Add the shrimp, garlic, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning.
  6. Add the precooked bacon.
