Andouille sausage

precooked and deveined

Tony Chachere's Creole Seasonings

precooked
Instructions
Chop the cabbage and sausage. Set aside.
In a large frying pan over medium heat, cook the cubed Andouille sausage until browned (about 8 minutes).
Then add the butter or avocado oil and cabbage.
Cook the cabbage until soft.
Add the shrimp, garlic, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning.
Add the precooked bacon.
