  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-size pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, add the almond flour and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, add the chicken with all the spices along with the heavy cream. Mix well.
  4. Add eggs to the mixture and mix together thoroughly.
  5. Add chicken pieces into the mixture and soak.
  6. Place the oil in a skillet and heat.
  7. Once the oil is hot, dip the chicken pieces (one by one) into the almond flour.
  8. Once the chicken piece is fully coated in almond flour, add the chicken to the hot oil.
  9. Fry each piece until the chicken is golden brown and cooked thoroughly. This should take 2-3 minutes.
  10. After the chicken is cooked, place on a wire rack to cool or paper towel to soak up the excess oil from frying.
