Glaze Ingredients

cup
powdered monk fruit confectioners blend
1
teaspoon
vanilla
1/4
cup
heavy cream
1/8
tsp
pink salt
pink food coloring gel
about 2 drops or more as needed
Optional
Sugar-Free Sprinkles or Homemade Keto Sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the butter and monk fruit.
Mix with a mixer at high speed until the butter and sugar come together.
Next, add the heavy cream and 2 eggs. Mix until they are fully combined.
In a separate medium-size bowl, add the remaining dry ingredients. Mix until they are fully combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow cooling.
In a small bowl add the glaze ingredients and mix well.
Brush each donut with the glaze and add sugar-free keto sprinkles to each donut.
