Classic Bacon and Eggs Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2-3 slices bacon, cooked
  • splash of avocado oil

 


 

Classic Bacon and Eggs Recipe Instructions

  1. Cook bacon as you like and set it aside.
  2. In a small skillet, add avocado oil and allow it to heat up at a medium temperature.
  3. Once the oil has preheated, add one egg to the skillet. Add the salt and pepper on top.
  4. Allow cooking until sunny side consistency. This will take about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the skillet carefully and place on a plate. Repeat this process for the second egg.
  6. Serve with cooked bacon and enjoy!
