splash of avocado oil
Instructions
Cook bacon as you like and set it aside.
In a small skillet, add avocado oil and allow it to heat up at a medium temperature.
Once the oil has preheated, add one egg to the skillet. Add the salt and pepper on top.
Allow cooking until sunny side consistency. This will take about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Remove from the skillet carefully and place on a plate. Repeat this process for the second egg.
Serve with cooked bacon and enjoy!
