Keto Creamy Garlic Chicken Thighs Recipe
Smothered in a white garlic sauce, this Keto Creamy Garlic Chicken Thighs Recipe is the best no fuss-weeknight dinner for every family. This keto chicken dinner is a family favorite of ours and we have it at least every 2 weeks.
Keto Creamy Garlic Chicken Thighs Recipe
Chicken Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic
White Garlic Sauce with Spinach Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- 2 cup of full fat cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- pinch of salt
- pinch of garlic salt
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup diced fresh spinach
Keto Creamy Garlic Chicken Thighs Recipe Instructions
- Drizzle the oil on the pan.
- Cook the chicken.
- Season it with the salt and pepper and onion powder 5-7 min on each side on medium to high heat to brown. It will not be fully cooked as it continues to cook with the remainder of this recipe.
- Next, add the garlic and butter after that and let it simmer for 7-10 minutes.
- Set chicken to the side and keep on the stove to keep warm.
- Meanwhile, begin making the White Garlic Sauce with Spinach sauce.
White Garlic Sauce with Spinach Recipe Instructions
- Add butter and garlic first.
- Then, add the remainder of ingredients and cook on low- medium for 10-15 minutes.
- Next, add the chicken thighs to the sauce (just the chicken itself not everything in the chicken pan).
- Let this then simmer another 15-20 minutes with the lid on.
- Serve with grated parmesan and diced fresh parsley.
