Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts with Mustard Vinaigrette Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced
- 3 tablespoons deli mustard or dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts with Mustard Vinaigrette Instructions
- Prep the Brussels sprouts by trimming off the ends and slicing them down the middle longways.
- Pop them in the air fryer and bake them at 400 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes until caramelized.
- While the Brussels sprouts are baking, prepare the sauce.
- In a small bowl, add the mustard, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts to a medium bowl or container and drizzle the mustard sauce over the top.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
