brussels sprouts
trimmed and sliced

tablespoons
deli mustard or dijon mustard
2
tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Prep the Brussels sprouts by trimming off the ends and slicing them down the middle longways.
Pop them in the air fryer and bake them at 400 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes until caramelized.
While the Brussels sprouts are baking, prepare the sauce.
In a small bowl, add the mustard, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
Remove the Brussels sprouts to a medium bowl or container and drizzle the mustard sauce over the top.
Serve warm and enjoy.
