To store leftover keto bread buns, simply place them in an airtight container or resealable bag. Store the leftovers in the refrigerator and they should be good for about three days.

  1. Preheat oven to 320 degrees.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. In a big bowl beat eggs. Add baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper.
  4. Add almond flour and stir to form a dough.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese and stir to combine.
  6. Roll the dough into 20 balls and place them with some space in between in the prepared baking tray.
  7. Bake them for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. You’ll notice they’re ready when the cheese is gratin on the top of the buns.
  8. Let them cool before transferring as they are fragile when warm.

 

TIPS

  • Place a chunk of mozzarella cheese in the middle of the buns instead of all over the dough.
  • Add other seasonings like onion powder or dried parsley.
  • Keep leftovers in an airtight container, but it’s important to know that as they are made of almond flour they will get harder after the first 24hs.
