Keto Valentine’s Day Heart Shaped Pizza Recipe
Crust Ingredients
- 6 ounces Low-moisture Mozzarella Natural Cheese, shredded
- 1 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
Topping Ingredients
- 6 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated white cheddar
- Optional toppings: pepperoni, sausage, hamburger, ham, etc…
Keto Valentine’s Day Heart Shaped Pizza Recipe Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Shred the mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add almond flour and cream cheese to the same bowl.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Add egg, mix until pasty dough.
- With a spatula, or by hand- mix all until well incorporated.
- Scoop out onto greased parchment paper.
- Add another sheet of parchment over top, roll out to desired thickness.
- Remove top parchment paper and shape into a heart.
- Bake in the oven for 10 mins.
- Take it out and flip it over.
- While the fathead dough is baking, add remaining ingredients into a medium bowl.
- Mix together with a hand mixer.
- After the fathead dough has cooled, add the topping mixture evenly to the top of the fathead dough.
- Bake another 16-18 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Allow it to cool.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut the pizza into pieces.
- Enjoy!
