Is making this recipe hard? NO! It’s actually one of my favorite cheesecake recipes to make and it’s a parfait, which makes it even more amazing. You can make this dessert for any occasion, I like to take it to potlucks because it’s simple and nutritious.

No Bake Raspberry Cheesecake Parfait Recipe Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix crust ingredients together and divide into 12 small servings cups/bowls. Refrigerate.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar substitute. Fold in remaining ingredients and continue mixing until it has thickened.
  3. Add cream cheese mixture into a pastry bag and evenly add in the cream cheese mixture into the 12 serving dishes over the crust.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries, mint, and a lemon wedge. Refrigerate an hour before serving.
