Keto Chocolate Cake Pops Recipe
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, this Keto Chocolate Cake Pops Recipe is PERFECT! Really, these are great for any time of year. Easy to make, these keto cake pops are the perfect sweet treat to make for your friends and family.
Trust me…no one will know they are keto either!
Keto Chocolate Cake Pops Recipe Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons MCT oil
- 1 cup Pyure Organic All-Purpose Blend
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon guar gum
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
Chocolate Frosting Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or homemade keto chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Chocolate Ganache Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil
Toppings
- Sugar Free Sprinkles or Homemade Keto Sprinkles
Keto Chocolate Cake Pops Recipe Instructions
- Make this sugar free chocolate cake.
- Once baked, allow to cool completely.
- After the cake has cooled completely, crumble into a fine mixture in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- While the cake is cooling, make the frosting.
- Add about a 1/2 cup of the frosting to the crumbled cake and mix together well.
- Next, form balls of cake using the cake ball silicone mold or you can form them with your hands.
- Once the cake balls are formed, make the chocolate coating in a small bowl.
- Next, dip the cake pop sticks into the chocolate coating and push them into the cake balls.
- Now, freeze them for 20-40 minutes.
- After removing the cake pops from the freezer, reheat the chocolate coating mixture and dip them into the chocolate coating.
- Immediately add sugar-free sprinkles or crumbled cake and place in a piece of foam or a box with holes in them while they cool.
- Allow the coating to cool and harden completely (about 15 minutes) before enjoying this amazing sweet treat!
Chocolate Frosting Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a hand mixer until combined into a smooth frosting consistency.
Chocolate Coating Instructions
- Microwave for 30 seconds and mix in between cooking. This should take about a minute or until it is all melted together with a smooth consistency.
