Keto Air Fryer French Toast Sticks
Here lately I am in love with my air fryer. It’s one of the best kitchen tools I have that saves me tons of time prepping breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
Today we are going to show you how to make air fryer keto French toast sticks, the easy way.
There are many different keto bread options you can use for this recipe. Places such as Aldi, H-E-B, and Costco carry keto bread. I’m finding more and more local stores are carrying lots of different brands of low-carb and keto friendly breads.
My absolute favorite keto bread that you can buy in the store is made by Sola brand! I have personally tested this store-bought bread with my continuous glucose monitor and it did not spike my blood glucose when I can send it. It tasted so good that I was worried it would spike my glucose, but it didn’t!
If you are worried about inflammatory ingredients you may be sensitive to gluten and most of these store-bought keto bread options have gluten. Just something to be aware of if you are sensitive.
Now, if you want, you can make your own keto bread in the oven or in a bread machine. Here’s a fantastic recipe: https://lowcarbinspirations.com/deidres-low-carb-bread-recipe-made-keto/
