Grilled Balsamic Chicken Thighs Recipe Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in ingredients for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  2. Start with a clean grill rack.
  3. Wipe down the grill with a paper towel coated with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Startup the grill.
  5. Place the chicken on the grill.
  6. Close the grill lid.
  7. Flip the chicken when you see it has reduced a bit in size and once the side is done.
  8. The cooking time will only take about 7 to 9 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken thighs.
  9. Use a thermometer to check the internal temperature. The temp should read at least an internal temp of 165 to be considered done.
  10. Remove and serve immediately.
