Classic Bacon and Eggs Recipe Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2-3 slices bacon, cooked
- splash of avocado oil
Classic Bacon and Eggs Recipe Instructions
- Cook bacon as you like and set it aside.
- In a small skillet, add avocado oil and allow it to heat up at a medium temperature.
- Once the oil has preheated, add one egg to the skillet. Add the salt and pepper on top.
- Allow cooking until sunny side consistency. This will take about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet carefully and place on a plate. Repeat this process for the second egg.
- Serve with cooked bacon and enjoy!
