- 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

- Start with a clean grill rack.
- Wipe down the grill with a paper towel coated with olive oil to prevent sticking.

- Close the grill lid.
- Flip the chicken when you see it has reduced a bit in size and once the side is done.
- The cooking time will only take about 7 to 9 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken thighs.
- Use a thermometer to check the internal temperature. The temp should read at least an internal temp of 165 to be considered done.
- Remove and serve immediately.
