Low Carb Cheese Shell Taco Cups Recipe

  • 6 slices of Muenster cheese
  • 1 cup of taco seasoning seasoned ground beef cooked
  • garnish options- salsa sour cream, tomatoes, red onions, cheese

Low Carb Cheese Shell Taco Cups Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Add a single layer of cheese, with space between each. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove pan from the oven and allow it to cool for 8-10 minutes before transferring to a well-greased muffin pan.
  4. Allow cheese to completely cool before serving. Immediately serve!
