Sugar-Free Cupcake Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon MCT oil
- 1 cup Pyure Organic All-Purpose Blend
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon super red Americolor food coloring
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Guar gum
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tbsp Dutch-processed cocoa powder
Sugar-Free Frosting Ingredients
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Pyure Organic All-Purpose Blend
- 1 teaspoon Clear vanilla
- 3/8 cup heavy cream

Best Keto Red Velvet Cupcake Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon MCT oil
- 1 cup Pyure Organic All-Purpose Blend
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon super red Americolor food coloring
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Guar gum
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tbsp Dutch-processed cocoa powder
Sugar-Free Frosting Ingredients
- 6 oz blocks of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Pyure Organic All-Purpose Blend
- 1 tsp. Clear vanilla
- 3/8 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all liquid ingredients with the Pyure Sweetener. (Eggs, melted butter, heavy cream, MCT oil, Clear Vanilla, and Red Food Coloring)
- Then add the rest of the dry ingredients to the wet mixture above (Almond flour, Coconut Flour, pink salt, baking powder, Guar gum, baking soda, and the Dutch-Processed cocoa powder)
- Line the cupcake baking pan with cupcake liners.
- Scoop cupcake mixture into the liners until they are about 3/4 filled.
- Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes on the middle rack.
- Poke a cupcake with a toothpick and if the toothpick comes out clean, the cupcake is done. If not, bake it for another 5 minutes until it’s ready.
- Allow the cake to completely cool before you frost it.
- Then make the frosting by adding all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, then using a mixer to blend it until smooth.
