This brownie is everything you could want and more, but the best part is that its low carb! You don’t have to worry about adding all the carbs and sugar to your body because this brownie won’t make you do that! This low carb brownies recipe is where it’s at.
This idea came to me after reading some of the comments from our 3 Ingredient Keto Peanut Butter cookie recipe. Most people love this recipe but if you make it with the wrong keto sweetener, it can come out dry and crumbly. This is why I love Lakanto so much. 3 Ingredient Low Carb Brownies Recipe Ingredient List
- 10 ounces Keto Friendly Nutella
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- Optional: Sugar-free chocolate chips on top
Tip: You can purchase your own sugar-free chocolate chips (we suggest this sugar-free chocolate chip brand found on Amazon or in your local store) or you can make homemade sugar-free chocolate chips too!
3 Ingredient Low Carb Brownies Recipe Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium-size bowl, combine the 10 oz jar of Lakanto Suntella, eggs and coconut flour.
- Mix the ingredients until they are well combined.
- Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. (or check out this brand new brownie pan!)
- Spread the brownie mixture into the 8-inch square baking pan.
- Optional: Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips on the top of the brownie mixture before you bake it.
- Bake it at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

After you’ve made these brownies and you are craving something to go with them, you may want to have a glass of almond milk. Almond milk is low in carbs and sugar and can be so delicious with this low carb brownie recipe. If you don’t like almond milk, there are other nut milk out there that you can enjoy!
How to store leftover 3 ingredient low carb brownies recipe
My favorite part of this low carb brownie recipe is that you can store them on the countertop. Brownies are best when they are moist and they keep their moisture when not left in the fridge. A fridge tends to dry out these brownies. Store them on a countertop in an airtight container to keep them from going bad. They will last up to one week this way!
How long low carb brownies last as leftover
As mentioned before, if you plan on storing these brownies, put them on the countertop. And they will last up to a week on the counter. In my experience with cooking these brownies, people gobble them up quickly and I’ve never had to wait a week to get rid of them!
