Step 1 – The Basics

Mix sour cream and taco seasoning mixture together and put a thin layer in the center of the large tortilla. Set extra sour cream and seasoning mixture to the side.

Lay the large tortilla on a flat surface and add a layer of the sour cream and taco seasoning mixture in the middle leaving a couple inches on all sides.

  • Sour cream + taco seasoning = sauce
  • Ground beef with taco seasoning and sour cream mixture from above
  • Quest Nacho Chips
  • Chunky salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Jalapeños
  • Cilantro
  • Shredded cheese (Mexican cheese blend, or Monterrey Jack blend)
  • 1 small tortilla
