Easy Homemade Blender Salsa Recipe

I am about to share with you one of the easiest ways to make salsa!  Introducing our easy blender salsa recipe.  I’ve made salsa many different ways including the old-fashioned traditional ways where are you roast the onions, tomatoes, and peppers but I always find myself going back to this easy blender salsa recipe.  You would be surprised how amazing it tastes especially when you use a large can of fire roasted tomatoes.   This is definitely one of those times saving recipes that you will fall in love with!

We used a small can of Rotel, but you can easily use a generic tomato and chilies can as well.  I have not noticed a difference between these two options.

Are used this easy blender salsa recipe and served it with keto chips, hamburgers, hotdogs, veggie strips, and more!  I’ve even been known to pour some on my salad!  Speaking of which, have you tried our keto taco salad? I tend to be a bit of a snob with my kitchen tools.  I would highly recommend a Blendtec blender, Ninja Brand blender,  or a KitchenAid blender if you need a recommendation for a high-quality blender.  I’ve owned all and like all brands equally.

When you make this easy blender salsa recipe it can easily be stored in the refrigerator for up to seven days. Storing it in a mason jar is best because you can easily add the lid back on for freshness.  I’m pretty sure mines never lasts that long in the fridge because we usually devour it before the seven days are up.  It’s that good!

Easy Homemade Blender Salsa Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 large can of fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 small can of Rotel (or tomatoes and chilis)
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (equals one lemon)
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice (equals one lime)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon swerve sweetener, powdered
  • 2 fresh jalapeños (with or without the seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1 handful of fresh cilantro (about 1/3 cup)

Easy Homemade Blender Salsa Recipe Instructions

  1. Blend until salsa consistency!
  2. Enjoy with your favorite keto crunchy snack!
