Keto Sugar Free Whipped Cream Recipe

Keto Banana Trifle Recipe

 

Super easy homemade whipped cream recipe made with only 3 ingredients and a stand mixer!  We make this often as it doesn’t last very long with my kids who love it!

You can store this in the refrigerator for a few days if you need to make it ahead of time.  If it loses some of it’s fluff, you can pop it back in the bowl and whip it up again if needed.

You can use any vanilla extract you want.  If you want a crisp white color, I would suggest using the clear vanilla extract instead of the brown vanilla extract.  I really like the taste of Mexican vanilla so I tend to use that often myself.

Sugar Free Keto Whipped Cream Recipe Ingredients

Makes 1 cup

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3 tbs monk fruit confectioners blend sweetener or Swerve powdered.

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Sugar Free Keto Whipped Cream Recipe Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and use a hand mixer to mix it on high for about 5 minutes or so until the whipped cream becomes nice and thick.
  2. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to use it.

 

This recipe makes about 1 to 1/4 cups of whipped cream.  Double or triple the recipe as needed.
