Everything Bagel Chaffle Recipe Ingredients

 

Everything Bagel Chaffle Recipe Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whip the egg till fluffy.
  2. Add 1/2 cup sharp cheddar shredded cheese to the egg mixture and mix until it’s fully combined.
  3. Preheat the mini Dash waffle maker.
  4. Once the mini waffle iron has been heated start making the chaffles.
  5. For Crispy chaffles:  add 1 tsp on shredded cheese to the hot waffle iron for 30 seconds before adding the egg batter mixture.
  6. Pour half the mixture into the waffle iron.
  7. Sprinkle the top of the mixture with the Everything Bagel Seasoning and close the lid.
  8. Cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes or until the steam stops coming up from the waffle iron.  Don’t open the waffle iron before 3 minutes or else you will have a melted cheese gooey mess.  The cheese needs to cook long enough to form a nice crust.

Makes 2 chaffles.
