Keto Red Velvet Waffle Cake Recipe

I have a huge love for anything Red Velvet flavored.  Red Velvet flavors are basically a chocolate recipe except it uses dutch processed chocolate cocoa for a little bit of a different flavor.

This recipe is perfect for someone doing the keto diet because it’s a super small, low carb, an individual cake that tastes amazing!!!  We added a cream cheese frosting on this recipe but you can also use a buttercream frosting too.  Either one would taste amazing.

  1. LorAnn has an amazing red velvet flavor. I used it when I sold cakes and everyone loved the taste of the cake. Maybe try that the next time instead of the chocolate and food coloring.

Was very good. I did add a pinch of salt and made it into a mug cake. It was very easy!
