Keto Red Velvet Cake Pop Recipe

Keto Red Velvet Cake Pop Recipe Ingredients
- Keto Red Velvet Cake Recipe – for this recipe you will need about 4-5 cups of baked cake
- Sugar Free Sprinkles or Homemade Keto Sprinkles
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Pyure all-purpose blend
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons heavy cream
White Chocolate Coating Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sugar free white chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil
Keto Red Velvet Cake Pop Recipe Instructions
- Make this sugar free red velvet cake.
- Once baked, allow to cool completely.
- After the cake has cooled completely, crumble into a fine mixture in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- While the cake is cooling, make the frosting.
- Add about a 1/2 cup of the frosting to the crumbled cake and mix together well.
- Next, form balls of cake using the cake ball silicone mold or you can form them with your hands.
- Once the cake balls are formed, make the white chocolate coating in a small bowl.
- Next, dip the cake pop sticks into the white chocolate coating and push them into the cake balls.
- Now, freeze them for 20-40 minutes.
- After removing the cake pops from the freezer, reheat the white chocolate coating mixture and dip them into the white chocolate coating.
- Immediately add sugar-free sprinkles or crumbled cake and place in a piece of foam or a box with holes in them while they cool.
- Allow the coating to cool and harden completely (about 15 minutes) before enjoying this amazing sweet treat!
Cream Cheese Frosting Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a hand mixer until combined into a smooth frosting consistency.
White Chocolate Coating Instructions
- Microwave for 30 seconds and mix in between cooking. This should take about a minute or until it is all melted together with a smooth consistency.
