Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients

White Chocolate Coating Ingredients

sugar free white chocolate chips

coconut oil
Instructions
Make this sugar free red velvet cake.
Once baked, allow to cool completely.
After the cake has cooled completely, crumble into a fine mixture in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
While the cake is cooling, make the frosting.
Add about a 1/2 cup of the frosting to the crumbled cake and mix together well.
Next, form balls of cake using the cake ball silicone mold or you can form them with your hands.
Once the cake balls are formed, make the white chocolate coating in a small bowl.
Next, dip the cake pop sticks into the white chocolate coating and push them into the cake balls.
Now, freeze them for 20-40 minutes.
After removing the cake pops from the freezer, reheat the white chocolate coating mixture and dip them into the white chocolate coating.
Immediately add sugar-free sprinkles or crumbled cake and place in a piece of foam or a box with holes in them while they cool.
Allow the coating to cool and harden completely (about 15 minutes) before enjoying this amazing sweet treat!
Cream Cheese Frosting Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a hand mixer until combined into a smooth frosting consistency.
White Chocolate Coating Instructions
Microwave for 30 seconds and mix in between cooking. This should take about a minute or until it is all melted together with a smooth consistency.
