Hot Broccoli Cheese Dip Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.8 ounces frozen broccoli, steamed
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 4 strips bacon, precooked and chopped

Hot Broccoli Cheese Dip Recipe Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli in the microwave and drain.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine the pre-steamed broccoli, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Mix well.
  3. In a baking dish, add the mixture and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  4. Top with crispy bacon bits and serve warm.
