Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond, cashew, or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoon monkfruit confectioners blend sweetener
- 1 teaspoon sukrin gold
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup strong coffee (or espresso)
- Sugar Free Whipped Cream Topping
Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe Instructions
- Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sweeteners to a saucepan and cook until hot but not boiling.
- Use a whisk and add in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and strong hot coffee. You can blend this hot mixture in a blender too.
- Divide and serve into two separate drinks and top with sugar-free whipping cream topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top!
- Enjoy!
NOTE: The pumpkin spice blend is a mixture of cinnamon, ginger, ground nutmeg, and cloves. You can make your own or buy the blended spice already made.
