Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe Instructions

  1. Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sweeteners to a saucepan and cook until hot but not boiling.
  2. Use a whisk and add in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and strong hot coffee. You can blend this hot mixture in a blender too.
  3. Divide and serve into two separate drinks and top with sugar-free whipping cream topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top!
  4. Enjoy!

NOTE: The pumpkin spice blend is a mixture of cinnamon, ginger, ground nutmeg, and cloves. You can make your own or buy the blended spice already made.

  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoon monkfruit confectioners blend sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon sukrin gold
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup strong coffee or espresso
  • Sugar Free Whipped Cream Topping

Instructions
 

  • Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sweeteners to a saucepan and cook until hot but not boiling.
