Key Lime Pie Chaffle ingredients
Key Lime Pie Chaffle Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Almond flour
- 2 teaspoon cream cheese, room temp
- 1 teaspoon powdered sweetener (swerve or monkfruit)
- 1/2 teaspoon lime extract or 1 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- Pinch of salt to bring out the flavors
Makes about 3 to 4 mini chaffles
Cream Cheese Lime Frosting Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoon powdered sweetener (swerve or monkfruit)
- 1 teaspoon lime extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
We love raspberries so we topped off our Keto Key Lime Chaffle cake with a few raspberries too! It was fabulous!
Keto Key Lime Pie Chaffle Recipe Instructions
- Preheat the mini waffle iron.
- In a blender add all the chaffle ingredients and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Cook each chaffle about 3 to 4 minutes until it’s golden brown.
- While the chaffles are cooking make the frosting.
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the frosting and mix it until it’s smooth.
- Allow the chaffles to completely cool before frosting them.
- Top with whipped cream or the cream cheese frosting. Add a small amount of lime zest for an extra touch!
This recipe is perfect for someone doing the keto diet because it’s a super small, low carb, an individual cake that tastes amazing!!! You can simple dust it with a keto powdered sugar too. Either way it would taste amazing.

Do you have recommendations for almond flour substitution?
I can no longer have nuts/nut flours. I can still tolerate coconut flour. Would you use less coconut flour and a bit more liquid to compensate for this flour substitute?
