swerve or monkfruit

lime extract or 1 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice

baking powder

tsp
lime zest
Pinch
of salt to bring out the flavors
Cream Cheese Lime Frosting Ingredients

cream cheese softened

tbs
butter

tsp
powdered sweetener
swerve or monkfruit

tsp
lime extract
1/2
tsp
lime zest
Instructions
Preheat the mini waffle iron.
In a blender add all the chaffle ingredients and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Cook each chaffle about 3 to 4 minutes until it's golden brown.
While the chaffles are cooking make the frosting.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the frosting and mix it until it's smooth.
Allow the chaffles to completely cool before frosting them.
Notes
Top with whipped cream or the cream cheese frosting. Add a small amount of lime zest for an extra touch!
