Avocado Egg Salad Toast
We just made a fantastic avocado egg salad toast recipe that you will really enjoy!
We did use keto-friendly store-bought bread. We used Sola brand bread that we found at our local grocery store, H-E-B. You can find other keto-friendly bread options at Costco and Aldi’s as well,
This recipe is easy to make but I would not make it ahead of time. Anything made with avocados can easily turn brown in the refrigerator in a small amount of time. You can boil the eggs ahead of time and have everything prepped and ready to go when you want to serve it. But I wouldn’t combine the ingredients until just before serving it.
I use the Two Good yogurt brand because it tastes the best and fits within my macros on my keto diet. You can also use an unflavored Greek yogurt if you choose.

Avocado Egg Salad Toast Recipe Ingredients
- 2 slices of keto bread
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 2 tablespoons Two Good yogurt
- 2 small avocados
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon pink salt
- Fresh cilantro chopped or 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro seasoning
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
Avocado Egg Salad Toast Recipe Instructions
- Boil eggs.
- Peel eggs and dice the eggs.
- Dice the cucumber.
- Slice open the avocados and remove the seeds and outer peal. Dice the avocado.
- Use a fork to mash.
- Add the lime juice yogurt, salt, and cilantro. Mix until fully combined.
- Toast the keto wonder bread or your favorite low carb bread.
- Spread the avocado egg salad on the toast.
- Top with everything bagel seasoning.
- Enjoy!
