Quick Keto Chocolate Mousse Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole whipping cream
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons sweetener confectioner sugar monk fruit is what I used
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
Optional
- strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and blend together with a hand mixer until it thickens and forms firm peaks.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Spoon into individual bowls.
- Garnish with strawberries (optional) and serve.
