Keto Dinner Rolls Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
- 1/2 tablespoon collagen
- 1 tablespoon whey protein powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons aluminum-free baking powder
- 1 teaspoon flax
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream
Butter Spread Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon Parmesan garlic herb seasoning
Keto Dinner Rolls Recipe Instructions
- First, melt the cheese and cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave 1 minute.
- Then place in a larger bowl and add eggs and whipping cream and blend till smooth.
- Then add all dry ingredients.
- Next, blend together.
- Then, roll the batter into 8 balls and let sit on the counter at room temp for 10 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
- Melt butter and seasoning in the microwave 30 seconds.
- Mix well, then brush over the rolls.
- Enjoy!
