Scones…scones a plenty! This Keto Cranberry Orange Scones Recipe is so GOOD! Scones used to be my go-to breakfast before I started the keto diet. I loved the flavors and textures and if you are like me…we can enjoy these together with this keto-friendly version!
Keto Cranberry Orange Scones Recipe Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup lupin flour
- 1/3 cup Monkfruit granular
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon collagen peptides
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
- 20 drops or 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 20 drops or 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- zest of one lemon
Glaze Ingredients
- 1/3 cup monk fruit confectioners blend
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- zest of an orange

Keto Cranberry Orange Scones Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup lupin flour
- 1/3 cup Monkfruit granular
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon collagen peptides
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
- 20 drops or 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 20 drops or 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Glaze Ingredients
- 1/3 cup monk fruit confectioners blend
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- zest of an orange
Instructions
- In a medium-size bowl combine all the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients such as the avocado oil, sour cream vanilla, orange, and lemon extracts.
- Mix the wet ingredients until they have fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and then pour in the 1/2 cup of dried unsweetened cranberries and mix until the dough forms.
- Coat a round 9-inch cake pan with parchment paper and press the dough into the pan until it's even.
- Bake it at 350 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes or until it's golden brown on top and done based on the toothpick test in the center.
- Allow it to cool slightly before cutting into this.
- Drizzle a glaze over the top just before serving.
Glaze Instructions
- Mix well and drizzle over the scones.
