This No Churn Dairy Free Keto Vanilla Ice Cream recipe might just be the easiest recipe you’ve ever made! All you have to do is combine all the ingredients together in a blender and place it in the freezer in an airtight container!

We found these freezer friendly airtight containers that are made specifically for ice cream! You can scoop your ice cream out in one long scoop with this container design. We love it! In fact, I love it so much that I bought 4 different containers! Keto ice cream is expensive in the stores and it really doesn’t take much to make your own!
We made this recipe dairy free. It uses unsweetened coconut milk and coconut cream. The key to making this recipe scoopable is the Allulose sweetener and the vegetable glycerin in this recipe. Both of these ingredients help them to be a tad softener than normal ice cream.
After you freeze them ice cream, you can heat it in the microwave for just about 10 seconds to make it much easier to scoop.
Feel free to add any of your favorite berries too. We love adding blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and fresh blackberries too! It’s heavenly!
Be sure to get the unsweetened coconut cream in the can, not the milk. The container looks similar and I made the mistake once of purchasing the wrong one.

- 13.5 oz can of coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tbs avocado oil
- 3/4 cup Allulose sweetener
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract powder
- 13.66 oz can of Coconut Cream, unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vegetable glycerin

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until they are all fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a freezer friendly airtight container and freeze it for about 4 hours or overnight until it’s fully frozen.
