Keto Peanut Sauce Recipe

Keto Peanut Sauce Recipe Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tbs sriracha sauce
- 1 tbs garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ginger, paste
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 4 tbs soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 5 tbs water
Keto Peanut Sauce Recipe Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small sauce pan. Stir the ingredients with a whisk to fully combine all the ingredients before turning on the heat.
- Turn on the burner to a low heat.
- Cook the ingredients just long enough to melt the peanut butter and heat all the ingredients enough to make sure they are fully combined.
- The ingredients will begin to thicken as it heats. Feel free to add more or less water to your liking. I tend to add a bit more water to make the consistency to be smooth and light. Not too thick. Make it however you like it.
- Serve warm with this Grilled Chicken Skewers recipe or any other chicken breasts recipe you want.
- Store unused keto peanut sauce in the refrigerator and use as leftovers. It will last for a minimum of 4 days sealed in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Reheat the sauce over the stove top or in the microwave. Heat it over the stove top just long enough to warm the ingredients. Heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until you reach the desired warm heat you want.
