Keto Hot Chocolate Bombs Recipe Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Perfect Keto Collagen Chocolate Flavored or Lakanto Hot Chocolate Mix Powder
- 1 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips or homemade sugar free chocolate chips here
- 1/2 Lily’s white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- Sprinkles of sugar free peppermint candies
- 6 cups Almond milk (approximately 2 cups per standard mug)
Keto Hot Chocolate Bombs Recipe Instructions
- Place dark chocolate chips into a small bowl. Microwave the chocolate in 15 second increments up to 2.5 min for the dark chocolate making sure to stir in between each time.
- Once it is melted, spoon it into the mold.
- After it is spooned in the mold, put in fridge for 30 minutes to harden.
- Take the chocolate halves out of the fridge and place seal of chocolates on a pan at low heat for just a few seconds to melt the edge.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Perfect Keto Collagen Chocolate Flavored or Lakanto Hot Chocolate Mix Powder inside one side of the hot cocoa bombs.
- Press together and set aside.
- Melt, white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave the same as the dark chocolate to melt.
- Drizzle over chocolate bombs.
- Add crushed sugar free peppermint candies immediately after and set aside.
- To serve, warm almond milk in a standard microwave safe mug for 2-3 minutes.
- Drop keto hot cocoa bomb into milk, stir and watch the magic happen.

Tips, Tricks & Ideas for Homemade Cocoa Bombs
If you want to try different variations, Lily’s brand also has mint chocolate chips or butterscotch flavored chips that you can use in place of the white chocolate chips. If you choose to use either of these options, I would omit the sugar free peppermint candies.
If you have a smaller microwave safe mug, you can always adjust the milk to the size of your cup.
Tip: If you only heat one side of the sphere, it won’t stick together well so be sure to melt both sides of the sphere and quickly add the powder just before placing the sphere sides together to seal.
