Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

How to Make Lemon Garlic Shrimp:

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers and brush with the lemon garlic mixture.
  4. Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
