Instructions
Preheat your Blackstone griddle grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Thread shrimp onto skewers and brush with the lemon garlic mixture.
Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
