We all love chicken fajitas, but you would be surprised how many people don’t know how to grilled them. I know I was in those shoes at one point and it got me thinking…I am not alone!
These grilled fajitas are a staple at my house. The kids love them. The husband loves them. Most importantly, I love them so I know you will too! They are easy to make, taste delicious and will have the whole family coming back for more.
Just so you know, I usually double this recipe when I make it for my family because I know they will be coming back for seconds. So just do yourself a favor…double the recipe! You can always have them for leftover quesadillas, fajitas (again), or even chicken enchiladas!
Ingredients You’ll Need
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Grilled Chicken Fajitas on a Blackstone
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle grill to medium high heat.
- In a bowl, combine chicken slices, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the griddle and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve the chicken fajitas hot with your favorite low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps.
