Keto Creamy Garlic Tuscan Chicken Recipe Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts (can be split to 4)
- 3 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 5 talespoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 3 cup baby spinach
- 5 ounce jar julienne sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Keto Creamy Garlic Tuscan Chicken Recipe Instructions
- Season the chicken with lemon pepper seasoning.
- In a large skillet drizzle olive oil, place the seasoned chicken breasts and cooking until cooked all the way through.
- Once chicken breasts have cooked, remove and set aside.
- Add in onions and saute until translucent, stirring in garlic.
- Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, getting all the brown bits that may have stuck to the bottom of the pan.
- Add in heavy whipping cream and stir until incorporated.
- Stir in parmesan until melted and incorporated.
- Mix in garlic powder and italian seasoning.
- Place spinach and sun-dried tomatoes into the mixture and allow the spinach to wilt and the sun-dried tomatoes to heat through, about 3-5 minutes on medium-low heat.

Any substitutes for sun-dried tomatoes? My wife _really_ doesn’t like them. Normal tomatoes – no issues. Sun-dried – nope. I know they give a specific flavor to the dish, but it’s one she just doesn’t like. So wondering if there’s something similar we could use instead.
